How do you change proxy settings on internet explorer? Websence blocks google video and everything, I just wanted to download red vs blue, but everywhere its blocked, and ideas? I tried firefox already, and its still blocked.

Haha, those sites are blocked now too, lol. But I'll check them out when I get home. I am using kproxy now, but it doesnt work well with google video, and I couldnt find red vs blue on that site you showed, I am looking for the videos of red vs blue, and the yugioh abridged series, but have dial-up at home.

dang, vtunnel was like the only way I new, search for getaround search engines, etc. and see what you get.

I talked to borat testerday, and he was saying that websence is a proxy itself, and if I change the proxy settings, I can go from there. I know ppl at our school use, kproxy. so when you type it in it looks like this:
https://kproxy.com

"s" after http

I use w00tage as a proxy:
http://www.w00tage.com/

But you don't want to change the browser's settings. More than likely, your school network is set up so that all web traffic must go through a local proxy on the network. So if you change the settings in the browser, then you won't be able to access the web at all.

@ ace, a proxy basically routes all your web traffic through it's servers. So say you wanted to go to Google. You'd type in Google, and the proxy's server would download the site, and then send it to you, as opposed to your own computer just downloading the site.

So basically a web proxy works like this:
Your computer <---- Proxy <---- Website

As opposed to normally:
Your computer <----Website

I just hope I an get DSL at my house soon. It sucks iwthout it, lol. Satellite is too expensive, and no gaming, plus DSL or wireless will be available very soon. Everytime I call they say to call back in a week or so.
