Hey everyone, I'm new to the boards and I didn't really know where to ask this so I'll put it in the general spots.
I'm graduating from college next semester, and I want to get into IT work like help desk and tech support. What certifications would you all recommend? I heard MCSA is a good one. As well as getting A+ as a default. I am very knowledgable with Windows 95 through XP Pro.
I'm also doing a side project as a web designer, would certifications like CIW or I-Net be worth it? Or is it more of a portfolio based business?
