Where is the best place to get CD-R media? I want the Lowest Price. Target seems to be the best so far. Online stores are also fine. Thanks

CD-Rs are really cheap nowadays. Just pick them up at Target or any local store. It's not worth getting them online unless you're buying hundreds, the shipping cost is too high to justify.

even if you are buying them in bulk stores have 10 of the 50 packs for probably 2 or 3 brands. that is 1000-1500 cd's at the store easily.
