i just built a new computer today. i got everything hooked up and started it up with the windows XP disks in the drive. the installation had started up but then as it was starting up i plugged in the fan on my case door. then 5 seconds later the machine shut down. i then turne off my PS and unplugged it. plugged it back in and turned it on and then in started. but now it just sits at the screen that was right b4 windows installation. everything turns on and lights up. i tried using a different IDE cable but still had no luck.
