Canon S900 printer troubles..

Ok, so im fixing this guys printer because he said "it wouldn't print" and it's really bugging me..

I installed the drivers, all is good, until you want to print. The job will be sent to the printer with no troubles, but when the paper actually gets fed through, no ink is printed on the paper. The cartridges are full and in the correct position. The paper like gets fed through, and the ink plotter does move over the page, where the print should be.

Im really bothered about this because the guy really needs his printer. I have googled, and googled, and googled, NOTHING!

Have you tried running the diagnostics on the printer like cleaning and realigning the print heads?

Have you made sure that the ink cartriges are in correctly and the little sticker has been pulled off where the ink comes out? And have done the new cartrige thing where it installs the new cartriges?
