Can Someone PLEASE HELP ME!!! I'm confused

I just got a new laptop and I have noticed that My harddrive loses space every day. Like it will literally lose a gigabyte of space every day that i check it.
I had about 240 after installing WoW and now I'm down to 219 without even doing anything. can someone please help me!!!

It's not that i am completely tech oblivious its just that this is a completely new frontier for me.

Unfortunatly its a really annoying feature of Vista, I forget the name of the actual system but it backs everything up on your computer for a restore point ( no its not called system restore it has another name lol ) follow this guide:

Im about 95% sure you can't make it smaller then 800 mb but I would shoot for making it 3.5 Gb if I were you man.
