I work at a TV station that has been using Dazzle DVC 80 to capture our doppler radar images and then using KABcam software to FTP the images to our main webserver.
However, viewers wanted a bigger resolution radar image, so I bought Dazzle's DVC 150. I am running on Windows XP and using the USB port to transfer the video. Now when I run KABcam or WebCam32, it does not recognize or "see" the Dazzle unit at all. In fact, the only capture device it sees is "Microsoft WDM Image Capture (Win32)" but I don't know what that is.
Also, when I go into device manager, I can see the system, but it shows it as only a "sound" device and not a video device. What's wrong??
