No graphics card? Theres no integrated video on that board. And right now if you realize that and say "OH" and then look for one with integrated graphics, I suggest you rethink your decision.

If you plan(ned) on using integrated graphics, I understand you're probably not going for games, but Vista demands it, and don't underestimate how much your graphics card plays a role in improving everyday performance.

I'd recommend you get an 8600GT if you plan on using Vista with Aero turned on.

It'd be a shame to have such a powerful processor go to waste by crippled integrated graphics.

Yes they are all compatible, I would recommend a few different parts though.
G.Skill RAM is good, but if you want to overclock (which you obviously do if you're going for a Core 2 Extreme) I would recommend this memory: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820146673 (two kits) There is some performance charts here: http://www.xbitlabs.com/articles/memory/display/ddr2-800_7.html#sect0 The chart for the G.Skill memory is here: http://www.xbitlabs.com/articles/memory/display/ddr2-800_5.html#sect0
As you can see, the Mushkin kit can be pushed a lot further.
Oh, and I'm not too confident in that PSU, this is a better choice IMO: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817371015 The PSU is one part of a build you do NOT want to skimp on. It has to put out stable voltages and provide enough power otherwise you will have a big problem with system stability.

forgot to mention that i already have the gfx card (XFX 8600gt XXX edition).
how does this ram look

Its the same brand but 4gb. or should i just get two of that 2gb pack. I will go with that power supply. The Last Wolf "Go with a better Motherboard." What would you recommend.

Thanks guys for all of these awesome responses!

No, that RAM is not the same. I has 5-5-5-18 timings instead of 4-4-4-12. So just get two kits of the memory I recommended.

you should def get diff ram..seems like you just went for the most expensive processor u found..i can tell because you didn't pick a video card esp with vista..makes no sense..

acually you are wrong i won the processor at a lan party if you had read my post you would have seen that i am using xp as my os and that i posted my gfx card
