Ok, so i have an issue.
as of the past few days, my start bar keeps 'not responding' and says windows explorer needs to restart or what ever, and i click to restart, and it just refreshes the desktop and bar and it goes back to working, sometimes without doing it again, and sometimes within a few mins it freezes again. Though when it freezes, i can still use any open programs or web browsers no problem.
Ideas?
I'm scanning the full PC with Avira currently.

1066mhz ram stock
4850XFX stock
blah blah.
so its not my components i don't believe.
any ideas would be amazing..
