Bsod

My system has been running stable for a while now but I recently had a BSOD, should I be worried just cuz it happened 1 time and could have been just a Windows error or is this serious, remember this had happened just once in a long while.

Well, that happened to me about 8 days ago on ym new PC....hasn't happened again and I didn't reformat. dont worry, if it happens again. download the latest drivers and reformat.

you said if it happens again then I should clear everything off of my harddrive and start over or did you mean something else?

Getting bsod doesn't mean that a reformat/reinstallation has to be performed. A bsod can be caused by a lot of different issues. To fix it just means that you have to find the issue that caused it and repair it.

but is it possible for a BSOD to occur even if there isn't anything wrong with your system, just a error that occured at the moment.

Yes, while it is not all that common, It can happen and does.... for lots of reasons.
