Battlefield 2 INternet Troubles...:(

Everytime I try to play BF2, I inevitablly get the infamous, "There is a problem with your connection." I think it's because my router splits the internet connection, thus giving us equally crappy internet.

So, is there a way I can limit the bandwidth on her PC to increase mine? Or what about port forwarding? I heard I could do that but have no clue what to do. I use a D-Link Speedstream SS2604 router if that helps. :)

Tell who ever else is using it, to not use p2p. Because routing it, doesnt slow up the speed. But if you dont have a fast connection, say dsl, then you rout it, well then your probably using up the bandwith limit, because dsl, doesnt have that high. At least not where i live.

ya dude, just turn the other computer off or close any programs that are sharing files or downloading.
