Backup Software

Can you guys tell me a good backup program?

I use Norton Ghost 10, it works OK for a Symantec product, another you could look at is Acronis True Image, I've never used it myself but have seen other saying it works well.

Windows back up was a total failure last time I tried to use it.

Norton Ghost, Acronis True Image and Dantz Retrospect are good. If you have one of the newer external hard drives, most of them come with an auto backup feature. Just press one button and it backs up your whole drive for you automatically.
