ATX Power suppies

hi, i just bouhgt myself an ASUS pg5d1 ATX style motherboard and i was reading the manual and it said to buy a 2.0 compliant power supply. well i accidently bought a power supply that is ATX12v form factor 2.03 and i want to know whats the difference between 2.0 and 2.03 also if it will work for this motherboard. thanks.

BTW i ment an ASUS P5GD1 not PG5D1, o and the power supplies is this one

put this in the general hardware section and u'll get alot more help, this isnt really electronics. i bhave no idea what the difference is
