ATA or SATA

What should I go for? My motherboard supports ATA133, SATA2, SATA150, is there a big difference between these? Whats the best choise in your opinion?

go with SATA2 because it is newer than SATA150 and ATA. ATA is the oldest of the three. And the difference is how much information gets sent through. ATA133 sends 133MB/s SATA 150 sends 150MB/s and I dont know about SATA2....Maybe 200MB/s
