Anyone good with Video editing and Titles? Using Adobe

I am making a movie for Spanish class, and I want to create titles over the begining of the movie. Like were is says:

Directed By:

And so on. How do I do this? I want to use some effects, like have the titles fade in and then some how go away in some fancy way.
Anyone good with this stuff?

I have all the Adobe CS3 programs for me to use in the editing as well.

pretty simple and looks ok. depends just how fancy you want it.
