All of a sudden I am not able to complete a run of my Windows Experience Index. I get an error message that the Kernel Logger is being used by another process. What does that mean?
The error began after I switched my control mode to "AHCI" from "IDE"; I tried canceling the Intel Event monitor in both startup and services but to no avail. Any help would be appreciated. To recap, the reason the error began was because I switched to AHCI by doing a regedit; computer works fine other than I can't analyze it on the WIndows Experience Index
It went through this time, but I can't seem to get my Caviar Black above the 5.9 score even after switching from IDE to AHCI. My other scores are almost two times this number.
