Hello everyone,

This forum has been very helpful to me and now I need some advice. I've been researching for a couple of month now, on which parts I should use for my first build. All I do is surf the web, edit photos w/CS3, eventually going to buy PC games, and going to start editing video for my church (don't know which editing software we are going to buy yet) My budget is about $1,200. Please let me know if this parts that I've chosen sound good.

-EVGA X58 SLI LGA 1366 X58 ATX Motherboard

-Intel Corporation Core i7 920 Processor Boxed

-Corsair TX750W 750 Watt ATX 12V Power Supply

-OCZ Technology 4GB DDR3-1600 (PC-12800) Gold Low Voltage CL8 Memory Kit

-Western Digital Bulk Drives WD Caviar Green WD10EADS 1TB IntelliPower SATA

-Visiontek Radeon HD 5750 1GB GDDR5 PCIe 2.0 x16 Graphics Card
(later I will buy another one)

-Cooler Master HAF932 High Air Flow Full Tower

-Cooler Master V8 Universal CPU Cooler

Thanks-Deli :)

I also forgot to mention that I'm going to buy all the parts from Micro Center b/c some of there parts are cheaper then Newegg & tiger Direct ( example, i7 920 goes for $200 @ Micro Center)

This computer is what I and Computers for Dummies call the "Wayne Manor Batcomputer". This will help all your needs, dont worry. Dont forget to get 3gb ram

Yea. You don't want 4GB RAM with a X58 chipset mobo.

Either 3 X 1 GB or (3 X 2 GB - With Windows 7 64 bit.)
