administrative problems

hey all, im a noob to these forums but anyways, my friend wants to get limewire but he has a limited account and he cant get on an administrative account and any help on how he could get on an administrative account would be greatly appreciated and i was thinking that he could create a new account if he boots up in safe mode? well thank you.

Yes, you can log into the Administrator account when booting in safe mode. From there you can create a new account with administrator privileges (or just change your current account to computer administrator).

Hopefully, this isn't for illegal intentions... but... the way is that you can boot into safe mode and then log on as the admin and then change the account and such...
