8600m gt problemo

alright so im trying to play time shift on my dell laptop running vista ultimate. every time i start it up it says that i need to update my graphics card to the latest "forceware" driver from nvidia but that driver is not compatible with the mobile versions of the 8600m gt cards so what else can i do?

download from there site directly if the auto updater is not working,try a direct first to see if it works, if all else fails to get it to stop go run,msconfig,services and tick the auto update i hate when mine does this (updater crap from other things) and just make sure you dona't click any of the other crap.vista is gay XP FTW!!!!!
