60fps - LOCKED

Okay, on cs 1.6 with my onboard video card i got 100fps easy, vsync off

just installed my new 8600gt, newest drivers, turned off vsync and it's still stuck on 60fps?

goes to 85 when i use "-freq 100" in the steam launch options

screen refresh rate is 85hz, but my old card got 100fps

are there any other setting i have to tick to stop the limit

its kinda anoying

i have the same problem with my set up, its an old game, 60-100fps runs smooths just turn off the net_graph 0 haha and you wont see a difference

Why does it even matter? I mean, if it was locked at like 15FPS, well, then there would be a problem, but its at 60, so you are fine, it doesnt matter.
And everyone who responded has been to more school then you, at least they learned more then you, they learned manners.
