2 sound cards

hi there,

i now have 2 sound cards in my computer. for my music i want touse a seperate stereo amp, and for films and games, i hook up to my surround sound amp. I would just use the surround sound amp in stereo mode for music, but the seperate stereo amp sounds soooo good so i want to run that with a seperate set of speakers. How would i go about selecting which card to use for sound? i would like to be able to switch between using the two of them you see.

i think you should be able to...most audo/video apps would have an options of preferences window which should let you select which audio you wish to use.
