I'm working on a Dell Latitude D820

4GB Ram
32-Bit
160GB
On a fresh reload of Vista, this thing runs super slow. Ratings are as follows:
CPU: 1.5 (Yet claims the processor is operating at 1.67Ghz)
RAM: 1.6
Graphics: 2.9
Gaming graphics: 3.0
Harddrive: 5.3
I've never seen a rating that low. I've ran all updates, checked BIOS for any missed settings (and reset to defaults), the computer is in "high performance" power mode, etc. I've pretty well checked this thing out head to toe and am stumped..
Any ideas guys?
