Yes I signed up for this service the reseller package.
Unfortunatly even though I have the reseller package the support is terrible cant get a straight answer on the simplest requests even asking for a quote to pay for help building a site so I may see how they have setup the server config on branding the supersite
(in my case the directions dont wok)..
the only reason I need help is because the startup directions are terrible and dont work even after leading you on a frustrating trip around the knowlege base where everything you have to do.. leads to links for other pages so to even get started you have to have lots of pages of directions open at the same time and then find it doesnt work. No way to download directions in anything that might resemble a manual.
in short this service sucks.
