What's the best webcam for video chat?

I have a really crappy webcam that I'm currently using with skype and I want to upgrade to a really nice one. What is the best webcam that I can buy that has excellent video quality?

Im using a logitech Quick cam STX and it works really well,Also logitech have a good warranty just in case
