we'll be prolly buying from newegg but which would be best for non/gaming use but still fast operation, good memory, for home/business

You're in the main catagory but simply not the correct sub catagory if the thread needs to be moved at all. But one fast look points to the second Toshiba model as the best of the three besides the 15.4" over the Samsung's 16" screen.
