I need a cell phone

okay so i want a flip cell phone!
i want
texting(send and receive),
instant messaing,pictures(send and receive),video
i basically wanna be able to text or call people
take pixs
take videos
and instant message
but i only wanna pay like $30,$40 or $50($50 is pushing it) a month
and i only wanna pay about $30 or $40 for the phone....
I want either Cingular or verizon...

do they have plans like this?

$30, or $40 or $50 a month and i only pay that one monthly price

it has to flip! and i want lots of daytime,night time and weekend minutes

Most phones these days does what you want it to do. Like the one I have. It's an LG VX8300 or something like that can't remember exactly. It's a plan I have through Verizon Wireless. It's a good phone and it plays MP3's too. The speakers are loud so that's the best part about this phone. It has a slot for a microSD disc in there. Neat. I'm paying the $39.99 America's Choice that includes nationwide IN-Calling (free between all Verizon Wireless customers) and free roaming and long distance. Good plan. I can rack up thousand of minutes with people I know for free because we all have the same provider. Cingular has that too so it's a competitive market.

In this case, find out which provider has the least dropoffs in your area. Both are highly reputable.

I've got the LG VX8600, it's awesome. Does all of that and more. It's for Verizon only AFAIK.

I don't know where you're at, but I've just got a line added to my mom's cell phone for an extra $10 / month, and we share 700 minutes.
