crackly cell phone

im pretty sure i know the answer to this already, but i fell on ice today, and ever since then the sound coming out of the phone during a phone call is crackly and it random ends the call with full service. my sound is usually crystal clear. did water possibly get into the phone? the pads are all completely white.

I wouldn't say water since you fell on ice and not in water. But you could have smashed a chip in there or broke part of the board and that could cause bad sound quality and when you move a broken piece could slip and end the call.

Also you could have broken a speaker. Any number of things actually could of happened with a fall like that haha.

well it wasnt ONLY ice. it snowed in boston today, so it was slush/snow with ice underneath it. either way i have insurance on it, i was just curious.

Well ya then I guess water could have gotten in it and messed it up.
