Camera,Which one?

Ugh.

So im fed up with me Kodak Z8612,

Photo's on always come out Over-Exposed,Colours are washed out and Movie Mode Sucks.

Any recomendations as im going camping and a couple of live concerts/shows soon. I Want 6mp Plus,a bit of Optical zoom and 720p Movie recording. Any ideas?
