If someone is able to give any help it would be SO appreciated.
So I'm very new to headphones and just bought the above headset. They've got great reviews, etc. but I'm having a small issue with the sound it seems to make when opening folders and files in Windows. This sound can be found by right clicking the speaker icon -> Sounds and scroll to the bottom. It is call 'Start Navigation'. For some reason after installing the software provided, to enable the 7.1 surround sound, the opening folder noise sounds like a very small fizz noise which is irritating. However, when I play any music or video, the sound quality is excellent and if I immediately open a folder after playing some music, it goes back to how it should sound.. and then reverts back to the fizz noise after a minute or so. Can anyone suggest why this might be?
