What should I use

My computer is old and slow, and I really only have the room for 1 spyware removal program, should I use adaware or spybot (it's sorta like the "if you could only bring one thing on the island with you what would it be" question

Adaware is recommended too because it's updates are always available.

I'd have to go with Adaware too.

I use ad-aware mostly, but I did download Spybot S+D once, and it crashed throughout the scan, so I would also say Ad-Aware.

I say spybot, whilst some people have had compatibility problems, you do get (for free) what you would otherwise be buying in the advanced version of adaware. (active spyware blocking, registry sentinal looking to make sure changes are properly autherised, etc...)

I would say ad-aware because ad-ware caught things that the other missed.
