Is there anyway of finding out who is using a twitter account? As in finding out who they are? Especially if they have more then one on the go and they sometimes post from their blackberry?

I think some tool available for find and manage our followers in twitter.

but say for example, this person is trying to keep one of their twitter accounts completely private so they use a different email addy, they basically dont want people to know its them so they dont make it traceable at all then people find out its them how would they do that?!? Im baffled!
