Sorry if this is in the wrong forum, but what do I do to get rid of the Trojan Horse virus? My sister has it on her computer (an older gateway model) and she also has spyware. I got a nortan antivirus and tried to install it but a message came up several times that the software could not work because it was missing some component. WHAT DO I DO???? Anything would help. I am desperate. thanks.
