Spyware Begone

I use spyware begone. Recently I have downloaded a couple of programs and now it does not let me open spyware begone anymore. Everytime I turn on my computer a message pops up and says "Unable to run Spyware Begone!,please make sure You are runing this program from full admin rights. You did not install a program on a read only drive. You have enough free space on your hardrive."

I'm not sure but i use it and you must be very carful what you delete did you delete any thing latly that would cause any probs? like cache software one time I went on a gaming website and it said that the site gave me a spyware I delete it and it corupted my whole cache.
