Security quesitons

I have a few questions regarding security. First... for anti spyware which is better ... Spy Sweeper or Counter Spy? Which would you go with? Are they relatively the same? And for antivirus has anyone heard of bit defender is it good? And lastly for a firewall... is the upgrade from Zone alarm free to Zone alarm Pro worth it?

for spyware spyware blaster, disspy lite spy bot search and destroy, anti virus ether nod 32 or avg free with bit defends free virus scanner tool very good it will not conflict with you anti virus, and the firewall zonealarm free is fine.

Between those two, Spy Sweeper. I just use the feebies though, Spy Bot and Microsoft AntiSpyware.
