IE help

I checked my control pannel and saw a program called IE help. I don't have a clue what it is and i dont think its "helping" me at all. I removed it but does anyone know what it is?

IE help should be the files that help you with the many issues you will run into when u use IE. GO FIREFOX!

Internet Explorer help is not a Control Panel Item. Use Microsoft Anti-Spyware to check through your system.

yes, that is spy-ware, get rid as soon as you can
