Deleting Trojans?

My computer was recently infected with a trojan. Although listed as a low threat I still don't like it on my computer. The thing is i can't delete it!! does anyone no how to? when i scan my computer with McAfee it says it can't delete it, it can't quarantine it, and it can't be cleaned! I have tried everything!

Try the same procedure in safe mode

Try: http://housecall.trendmicro.com I had some saying it cannot delete and this scan managed to get rid of it.

Well I managed to get rid of it in safe mode thanks marx. and thanks computer genius i'm download that scanner as i type this.

i am just wondering how you got into safe mode?????i have the same problem you are

Reboot and keep hitting F8 (don't hit the keyboard, tap it) You will see a text prompt that asks how you would like to boot. Safe Mode, Safe Mode with Networking, etc.
Highlight Safe Mode, and hit enter (warning, it looks a little weird)
