The following is a hypothetical situation and has no truth in base.
Hello,
A program called crosstec schoolvue, basically what it does is you can monitor the computers in a computer lab from a central one, you can freeze peoples screen, make them look at the main comp's screen, so forth, Is there a work around.
The Information about the computer setup:
You log-in, you have very limited access only the programs you will really need. Almost everything is cut-off. crtl-alt-delete is blocked. Its very tight.
But we can upload our own programs through certain methods....
What we have accomplished:
We can easily get to the command prompt.
We have the admin password and user-name.
What Cross-Tech info we have found out:
We believe it to be pre-installed and so when you log-in its already there when you first turned on this computer (Booting into safemode does not count). We believe it obviously sends a signal to be activated and so forht through a certain port.... undetermined....
How would someone in our situation get around this software....
Thanks,
REMEMBER THIS IS all HYPOTHETICAL.
