That one is much better than yours going for 270$. That i2 is next gen, hyper threaded. Logically making it quad core... If I sold this to a client I wouldn't feel bad asking $200 for it though... but for $300 I just build a quad AMD 3.2GHz, 4gb ram w/ Windows 7 on it.

Saying that hyperthreading makes a processor a quad core is a bit of a... push. You don't call the later Pentium 4's dual cores, do you? The machine that you posted only has onboard graphics... the 9800GT would easily beat it in terms of graphical performance, don't you agree?
