Default yldh.dll

My Anti-Virus program keeps poping up saying lots of threats all coming from this dll. I tried deleting it manually but it said access denied. I am thinking of trying it another way (through a programming language) but i am wondering before i try that, will my system be harmed at all if this dll is deleted?

P.S please respond soon!

Odds are, nothing will be harmed in deleting it. What you can do is try booting into safemode and log in as the administrator and try to delete it that way. If that doesn't work, you can always hook up your hard drive to another computer and delete it from in there.
