SP2 firewall isn't the best as it only monitors incoming ports not out going so that if a bad program tries to use a outgoing port the firewall wont know.

I use Zone Alarm free as it monitors both.

And Zone Alarm is better

You can use both Zone Alarm and the Winblows firewall, I do

Edit:
113 IDENT Closed Your computer has responded that this port exists but is currently closed to connections.

Someone want to help me with that?

If you run 2 Firewalls they will conflict.

Its like anti-virus it's not recommended.
