Hello,

my Windows 10 PC is running OpenVPN, but there in the Firewall i see UDP out-going connections from my local private ip (192.168.2.x) that goes directly (bypass my VPN)

one is: source port: 59566 and 59569 to the destination IP 23.21.150.121, destination port: 3478

second is: source port 57904 to the destination IP 239.192.152.143, destination port: 6771

first IP Amazon, second IP IANA

Why it happens? Why should i allow them access? and what are these two transfering from my computer? Thank You

I am going to hazard a guess and say the Amazon one is your Amazon shopping app (or Kindle app) calling home periodically to update its ads or whatnot... but that port seems to be related to Skype.

It looks like the second one is Local Peer Discovery for torrenting.
