Default Win32.Skynet.Q Trojan!

Hi Guys,

It seems there is a trojan on my computer - that seems to be not letting anything run .. My MSN keeps crashing, explorer keeps crashing, etc.

I'm using the latest updated version of NOD32 and it doesn't seem to be picking it up at all - I've googled and using the removal tool from Symantec site ( the exe file) and doesn't seem to work either (it didn't find anything after I ran it):

Here is a screenshot of what pops up:

Does anyone know how to help with this? Has anyone encountered this problem before? I think I should reformat my c: and reinstall windows, however all my files are on my d: (ie I got two seperate hard drives).

Will this still affect the files on my d:?

Any help would be much appreciated!!

Try this....

And yes it could have infected your other drive as well. Whatever you do I would make sure not to be using that computer on the internet until you get it fixed.
