I just downloaded AVG and it tells me it found a virus, I'm having trouble figuring out how to remove it though.

After the scan has been completed it should put it into quarantine or try to fix it or delete the bugger.

Since you have AVG you don't really need to get NOD32 now, but I would still reccomend using it's online scanner just to see what it finds.

Just as a note, you need to use Internet explorer for that to work, you cannot be in fire fox.

it's more likely spyware than a virus.

Run the usual anti spyware progs, Spybot etc
