i use avg for my antivirus, it has picked up viruses that i had downloaded from limewire
and removed them on its daily scan. i didn't even realise that i had downloaded them!

I use AVG too and I have also detected viruses I didn't even know that were there on my weekly scans, I really should scan more often but I just can't seem to find the time. When the computer is idle I forget to turn the scanner on, I remember with norton I used to set it to scan when the computer has been idle for 15 minutes but I don't think I can do that with AVG Free Edition.
