Virus! Ie Startpage & Regedit Blocked!

Hello All,

Could you help me? I have Win 98 SE and Internet Explorer 6.0. A virus infected my computer. The start page of IE was modified to an unknown site. The start page was blocked it cannot modified. I cannot enter regedit. The following error massage appears: the system administrator denies the access. Norton Antivirus, McAffee and avast don't find any virus.

this also could be caused by spyware, i would just stop using I.E ...or if you feel u must keep it...make shure all critical updates for it are in place by going to microsoft.com:

or try panda anti virus this has helped me alot when most anti virusus couldnt find one this always found it. i recommend it.

Try to use tweakmanager, I too had the same problem later. This tweakmanager really helps.

AND if all should fail, you can always fall back onto using the internet browser :FIREFOX

this free downloadable browser will keep alot of virus's out, and it comes w/it's own pop-up blocker.
