What are you using for anti-virus protection? I suggest AVG Free Edition. Also, Malwarebytes and Spybot S&D should clean up your computer pretty well.

I absoultely hate AVG whether it is free of not. Malwarebytes I will definially agree. I never seen the use for spybot. Trend Micro is very good but it should be used to install on new computers not old

Also when you scan your your computer, make sure you are in safe mode. This is your best luck at catching whatever is on your computer.

Should be mandatory for effective removal as a lot of people overlook or do not know of this simple procedure
