Angry unwanted vpn on my computer

My computer has been taken over.I have very little control.Can't delete
programs.I have a vpn in my system that I can't get rid of.Didn't activate
it or sign up for it.....Don't know how it got in my computer....Am I being
monitored now.......Am I just being paranoid......Why can't I rid my
computer of this vpn.....Not even sure what a vpn is......All I want to
do is play my games and send of few emails.....PRIVATELY!!!.....Please
help if you have any idea what I am talking about........I reformatted
my computer and it is still there......

Hmm.

Virtual Private Network. You may have hackers?

I'd recommend buying firewall software (Norton or Mcafee or find a free one from www.download.com) and not allowing that connection to your computer.

port 1723 is the VPN port, just block it and don't worry.

Unplug computer fron network/internet/modem and boot into DOS (use os cd)

type
format c: /u

it will get rid of just about everything on your hard drive

and reinstall windows

Or hows about just download sygate personal firewall , and spybot search and destroy, or if not repair windows
