Default Unsure

Hi Everyone,

So every now and then my laptop pops up with this error:

I don't know what it is, if it's harmful, or how to get rid of it.

Any helpful ideas?

Let me know, thanks!

ok u might want to try and do a minidump

so go to the Control Panel and follow these steps:

System Icon
Advanced Tab
Startup and Recovery -> Settings
Enable Write an Event to the system log
Disable Automatically Restart
Select the following debugging information:

Small memory dump (64 Kb)
Small Dump Directory : %SystemRoot%\Minidump

accept all and restart the computer.

if that don't work and the computer keeps coming up with that, try doing a kernel memory dump by doing the same thing as before, but when selecting small memory dump (64kb) click on the drop down box and change it to kernal memory dump.

Hope that works for ya
my regards
