Default Is there anyway to prove when a word document was created/modified?

Other than the obvious right click>properties>date created/modified/accessed information on the document because that can be easily changed?

I'm talking about a deeper method like in the documents data itself?

This is very very important for me to find out so any help would be much appreciated!
