No, it's not tight ... it's a good way of making sure Davids Server doesn't overload from everyone uploading their own pics.

And if you wanna ask David to be a mod, then so be it. However, please be aware that I will have input on his decision, since I would have to work with you if you became a Moderator.

I became a Mod because I'm a good member, here frequently, know David well, and don't lose my temper easily, thus I can stay calm under bad situations.

YES - I agree that you should be a mod. You're responsible, sensible and you got some computer knowledge.
